Payment Terms and Restrictions

Our rates are net of commission, inclusive of VAT and service charges. Promotions cannot be combined and are subject to availability. Please note that rooms are available from 3:30 PM and must be vacated by 11:30 AM. Packages including breakfast and/or any other unused services or amenities will not be eligible for any rate reduction.

Pets are not allowed.

Child Policy

“Child” policy (extra bed): upon request only. Baby Welcome Kit: Cot (up to 3 years old), shower deckchair, high chair, bottle warmer: €25. Child buffet breakfast (under 8 years old): €9.50.

Entirely Non-Smoking Establishment

All our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, we will be required to charge the guest a €250 fee for room restoration.

Ban on the Use of Dyeing or Corrosive Products

For safety reasons and to preserve the condition of our facilities, it is strictly forbidden to use beauty products in the rooms and bathrooms that could alter or damage the surfaces (e.g., hair dye or coloring products, henna, etc.). If any damage or permanent stains are found, the full cost of restoration or replacement of the damaged furniture and surfaces will be charged to the guest.

Reservation and cancellation conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed by providing a valid bank card number along with the card’s expiry date and cryptogram. Your card will be used only in the event of non-compliance with the cancellation policy below.
In the case of early departure during a stay of several nights at a discount rate, the stay will be billed in full.
All reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellation must be confirmed by fax or e-mail. For any cancellation after this time, customers will be charged for the first night.
Our rates vary depending on the rate of occupancy of our hotel; the rates confirmed on reservation can by no means be reduced by the customer or increased by us.
If you would like us to place a special welcome gift in the room (flowers, chocolates, cannelés, etc.), please consult our list of welcome gifts.

Use of the Wellness Area (Indoor Heated Pool, Fitness, Sauna, Solarium)

The Hotel declines all liability for injuries, accidents, or personal and material damages resulting from the use of the facilities (indoor heated pool, fitness, sauna, solarium) or from any inappropriate behavior by users.
Access to and use of all equipment and facilities in this area are under the full and sole responsibility of the users, at their own risk. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times and remain under their constant supervision.
Any material damage caused to the facilities will be fully charged and billed to the guest, along with a flat fee of €1,500 for prejudice suffered and potential closure of the area.
The hotel disclaims all liability for the loss, theft, or disappearance of personal belongings within the Wellness Area.

Video surveillance

The gym and all other common areas are under video surveillance for safety reasons.

Your personal data

The information collected is required to process your order unless it is indicated as being optional. It is processed under the responsibility of the General Manager of the Best Western Premier hotel – Des Vignes et des Anges and is intended for the services and partners of the hotel in charge of handling your order and any possible consequences. You guarantee the accuracy of the personal data communicated and you agree to keep it up to date. During your stay, you will receive information about the hotel and its services, unless you refuse by checking the following box ☐. In compliance with articles 32 et seq. of the French law of Jan. 06, 1978 “Informatique et libertés” (Information technology and civil liberties) and with Directive no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to access, rectify or object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, and the right to object to the communication of personal information concerning you to third parties or to the receipt of marketing information. You also have the right to formulate general or specific directives regarding the retention, erasure and communication of your personal data.
