General terms and conditions

Our rates are net of commission, VAT and services included.
Special offers are not cumulative and vary depending on availability.
Rooms are available as of 3:30 p.m. and until 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Accommodation for children
Additional bed: only on request
Amenities for babies: baby’s crib (under 3), bath seat, high chair, bottle warmer: €25
Buffet breakfast for children (under 8): €9.50

Non-smoking establishment
All our rooms and public spaces are smoke-free. In the event of non-compliance, we will be obliged to bill the customer €250 to restore the room to pristine condition.
There will be no reductions on the agreed rate in the case of package deals including breakfast and/or any other amenities and services that are not used.
If an advance deposit is made for partial or total payment of a stay, there will be no refunds unless the reservation is canceled 15 days before arrival (except in the case of special unmodifiable, non-refundable rates).
If we are unable to process a payment because a credit card has expired or is otherwise invalid, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Pets are not allowed.

Reservation and cancellation conditions
All reservations must be guaranteed by providing a valid bank card number along with the card’s expiry date and cryptogram. Your card will be used only in the event of non-compliance with the cancellation policy below.
In the case of early departure during a stay of several nights at a discount rate, the stay will be billed in full.
All reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellation must be confirmed by fax or e-mail. For any cancellation after this time, customers will be charged for the first night.
Our rates vary depending on the rate of occupancy of our hotel; the rates confirmed on reservation can by no means be reduced by the customer or increased by us.
If you would like us to place a special welcome gift in the room (flowers, chocolates, cannelés, etc.), please consult our list of welcome gifts.

Use of the gym
The hotel declines all responsibility for any injuries or damage sustained during equipment use or due to any inappropriate behavior.
The equipment is used under the full responsibility of the users at their own risk.
Any deterioration of the equipment shall be billed and debited, in addition to a fixed amount of €1,500 for the damage incurred.
The hotel declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of any objects.

Video surveillance
The gym and all other common areas are under video surveillance for safety reasons.

Your personal data
The information collected is required to process your order unless it is indicated as being optional. It is processed under the responsibility of the General Manager of the Best Western Premier hotel – Des Vignes et des Anges and is intended for the services and partners of the hotel in charge of handling your order and any possible consequences. You guarantee the accuracy of the personal data communicated and you agree to keep it up to date. During your stay, you will receive information about the hotel and its services, unless you refuse by checking the following box ☐. In compliance with articles 32 et seq. of the French law of Jan. 06, 1978 “Informatique et libertés” (Information technology and civil liberties) and with Directive no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to access, rectify or object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, and the right to object to the communication of personal information concerning you to third parties or to the receipt of marketing information. You also have the right to formulate general or specific directives regarding the retention, erasure and communication of your personal data.
